Bang & Olufsen Beomic 2000 Microphone designed by Jacob Jensen in 1970. In 1979 this design was included in the Design Collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Fantastic modernist design in great condition. The legs fold in and this can double up as a modernist lightsaber 😉
I am not an audio expert but this microphone works to the best of my understanding. This microphone requires a pre-amp, this is the way it was made. The original Din was replace by a 1/8″ mono plug (Not by me, this is how it was found). The cable is original. Very minimal wear appropriate to age. One little plastic feet that glues to the body (black) fell off but will be included. It can be easily glued but I did not bother as it doesn’t really need it.
Made of brushed aluminum.
Measures 9 x 8 3/4 x 5 1/2″ (22.9 x 22.2 x 14 cm) (incl. stand)
